1.No eating and drinking allowed onboard unless prearranged

2.Hired vehicle is for the number of people booked for only, no extra passengers allowed.

3.Any details or changes of the hire will be discussed with the person who has hired the vehicle only.

4.The company does not guarantee to complete any journey in a specific time due to factors out of their control.

5.You will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by your party.

6.If travelling with children you are responsible for providing car seats.

7. In the unfortunate event of a breakdown or factors out of their control, the company reserves the right to substitute the vehicle for another vehicle of equal or higher capacity.

8. We will allow a reasonable amount of waiting time but this is at the drivers discretion
